1. Who we are

2. What we sell
We design and manufacture custom-made LED neon signs to order, based on specifications (text, size, color, shape) provided or approved by the customer. All products are made to order.

3. Orders and quotes

• We do not publish fixed prices on this website. Every order starts with a free personalized quote based on your design, size, and specifications.
• An order is confirmed once the customer approves the design/mockup and the quoted price in writing (email or messenger).
• Production begins only after design approval and invoice issuance/payment as agreed.

4. Production time

• Standard production time is 8–15 business days from design approval, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Production time does not include shipping time.

5. Payment

• Payment is arranged via invoice after order confirmation, currently by bank transfer. Online credit/debit card payment options will be integrated upon checkout availability.

6. Shipping

• We currently ship within the European Union only.
• Shipping cost is included in the quoted price, unless stated otherwise for a specific order.
• For consumer orders (B2C), the risk of loss or damage passes to the customer when the customer (or a third party designated by the customer) takes physical possession of the goods. For business customers (B2B), the risk passes upon delivery of the goods to the carrier.
• The customer is responsible for providing a correct delivery address. Redelivery due to an incorrect address may incur additional costs.

7. Custom / made-to-order products and cancellations

• Because our products are personalized and made to order, the right of withdrawal under EU Directive 2011/83/EU does not apply to custom neon signs once production has started, in accordance with Article 16(c) of the Directive (goods made to consumer specifications). Cancellation before production starts may be possible — contact us as soon as possible at avenueneonstudio@gmail.com.

8. Intellectual property

• Designs, logos, or trademarks submitted by the customer for a custom sign remain the property of the customer. By submitting them, the customer confirms they have the right to use and reproduce that content. NeonAvenue is not responsible for verifying third-party intellectual property rights.
• The customer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless NeonAvenue OÜ against any claims, damages, or legal costs arising from alleged copyright or trademark infringement related to design files, logos, or trademarks provided by the customer.

9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, NeonAvenue's liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in the customer's country of residence.
